What you get after a home watch visit

Owners usually want to know what a visit actually produces. Here is the short version.

We go through the property, not just the driveway

Interior and exterior checks follow a written list: entries, water, heat, and anything you asked us to watch. If we have keys, we go inside. Mail, packages, and vendors get handled the way you set it up.

You get proof the visit happened

After each visit you get a checklist plus date- and time-stamped photos. If a storm hit or a pipe is leaking, you hear right away instead of waiting for the next scheduled note.

Monthly or yearly, same visit standard
